Do you have a Skype or Viber account?

We are working on it.

How far in advanced should I order my invitations?

It’s ideal to order the invitations 2 months before you plan to distribute invitations. It usually takes 3 weeks from approval of layout to release.

Do you accept rush orders?

Please call us at +632 4935654 and look for Chester to ask if there’s a schedule available.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum order is 50 sets

How do I get a sample?

Apologies, but we don’t send actual samples yet.

I’ve have a concept or design, can you customize one for me?

Absolutely. Our company specializes in customized invitation designs. We’re just one click away.

Do you accept orders outside of the Philippines?

Yes, we cater to domestic and overseas clients.

Can I add a photo or image to my cards?

Yes, we can add a high resolution photo or image to any invitation. You would need to send us a TIF, PNG  or JPG image at a resolution of 300dpi or more. We can modify our existing designs to add your photo. Please note that additional charges may apply.

Can I have my guest names printed on my invitations?

Yes, we can personalise everything from your invitations and envelopes to your place cards. A service charge for personalisation depends on the actual specification of your order.

What happens after I order?

Please check our our process.

After you place your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Within 3 working days, you will receive an electronic proof which has been reviewed and fine-tuned by our graphic designers. Please review your proof carefully. Check any errors or changes that you want to done.

You will then need to “approve” or “reject” your proof. We repeat this process of approve/reject until you are 100% happy with your stationery. Once you have approved all of your printed items you product is printed, prepared, quality checked, packed and shipped within 3 business days. Once your goods are shipped, you will receive a shipment notification.

 How will my invitations be delivered?

All Philippine deliveries are shipped via regular post via Philpost or LBC .  All international deliveries are shipped Air Parcel Post via Philpost from Manila.

What are the payment options?

We accept cash payment or via bank transfer (Banco De Oro).

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery depends on the weight and size of the package. Shipping costs within the Philippines would normally range from Php 300.00 to Php 600.00.

International Delivery costs depend on the size, weight and destination. The usual delivery time is within 4-7 days. It is advisable to get your invitations to an address where someone is always available.
