1. SELECTION – You choose the invitation set that you like, or you may contact us for a custom package.
2. ORDER – Submit an order form with the wordings and customization information that you like
3. QUOTATION – A quotation will be provided to you for the work description you’ve specified in the order
4. DEPOSIT PAYMENT – Pay a minimum of 50% of the total as the deposit. We accept cash or bank transfer.
5. PROOFING – After receiving the deposit, we will then create digital proof for you and will send it out for you to review within 3 business days.
6. APPROVAL – You need to carefully review your proof and confirm it or request any changes. You are given 2 complimentary revisions, so please make sure that you spell-check carefully each file as we’re not responsible for any wrongly approved files.
7. PRINT AND ASSEMBLY – the approved layout will be submitted for printing and assembly. This process usually takes 3 weeks.
8. BALANCE PAYMENT – We will let you know when the invitations are ready and provide you with the remaining balance amount.
9. RELEASE – When the balance has been paid, the invitations are ready to be picked up from the shop and sent via courier for delivery.
